Turkey Fig Bourbon

2 Turkey Figs (cut in half)
2 oz Turkey Bourbon
1 tblsp Smoked Ol’ Fashioned Honey
1.5 oz Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
1-2 Dashes of Bitters
Smash /muddle 2 fig halves and 2 tsp honey at the bottom of shaker. Put in the rest of ingredients and Shake for 20 seconds vigorously. Add ice and shake for another 20 seconds. Pour into glass while straining ice. Garnish with fig half.
